1. Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?

2. I am not from the united states and do not use their currency "USD". Do you accept (my country's currency)?
The default prices are in USD, but can be purchased from any country with any currency. Although you may see the price of our items in your currency, during checkout, the price will go back to USD numbers, so do not be alarmed by that! Your currency will simply convert to USD upon paying.

3. How do you pay for the order? Is it secure?
We have Paypal and Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards) for you, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Cornerveis has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

4. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered factories located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately  (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. Our shop's currency is in USD though!

5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 1-3 weeks! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 2 months. 6. My order has not arrived yet? Even after your promised "2 months" why?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce (China). If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed! )

7. I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?
We ship from different parts of China using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

8. Do i have to pay customs duties?
Sorry we are not able to control it. According to our experience, only 0.03% package got tariff. Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs(only a few countries). We will send your items in one package and declare reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for our items. However, if you do get taxed in unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the tax.  These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Cornerveis is not liable to these additional charges once the package is shipped to you. To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.

9. Will this item get to me before _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

10. Order tracking?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-7 days of placement unless otherwise stated. Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel's journey.
